Matt Weatherbie was the Chief Investment Officer of the Specialty Growth Equities Group at Putnam Investments. As a portfolio manager, he was responsible for The Voyager Fund and Voyager-style institutional accounts from October 1983 until his departure in April 1995. The inception date of the firm’s core Specialized Growth Institutional Equity Product (SG) and the management of tax-exempt funds for U.S. clients was July 1, 1996.
